Terms and Conditions
1. Terms
MarketEd.Live refers to the MarketEd.Live event, its sister events and any online sessions run as part of MarketEd.Live.
By accessing the website at https://marketed.live or https://marketedlite.com, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on MARKETED.LIVE’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- modify or copy the materials;
- use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
- attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on MARKETED.LIVE’s website;
- remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
- transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server.
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by MARKETED.LIVE at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.
3. Disclaimer
a. The materials on MARKETED.LIVE’s website are provided on an ‘as is’ basis. MARKETED.LIVE makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
b. Further, MARKETED.LIVE does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.
4. Limitations
In no event shall MARKETED.LIVE or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on MARKETED.LIVE’s website, even if MARKETED.LIVE or a MARKETED.LIVE authorised representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
5. Accuracy of materials
The materials appearing on MARKETED.LIVE’s website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. MARKETED.LIVE does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. MARKETED.LIVE may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. However MARKETED.LIVE does not make any commitment to update the materials.
6. Links
MARKETED.LIVE has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by MARKETED.LIVE of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user’s own risk.

Discounts may neither be applied retroactively to prior purchases nor extended beyond the expiration date.
The first person to use the coupon code CHALLENGETHIS at checkout will receive a 100% discount on their single ticket. This code cannot be used for table tickets.
7. “Suitcasing” & “Outboarding”
We welcome the making of connections and collaboration. However, in order to protect our valued partners, and the investment they make in the event, thereby supporting our mission, our rules strictly prohibit solicitation, “suitcasing” or “outboarding”.
“Suitcasing” refers to those non-participating companies or persons who go to conferences as an attendee but “work the aisles” from their suitcase and solicit business in the aisles, session rooms, or even the lobby area. Examples of this include the distribution of samples, flyers, and other materials to attendees.
“Outboarding” refers to non-participating companies that set up meetings, parties and demos at offsite locations such as hotel hospitality suites or restaurants, and encourage show attendees to leave the conference and show and spend time with them without the prior approval of MarketEd.Live.
Please note that any attendee who is observed to be soliciting business in the sponsor hall or other public spaces, will be asked to leave the event immediately. Likewise, known commercial activity conducted from a hotel guest room or hospitality suite, a restaurant, or any other public place in proximity to the event by non-sponsoring companies, will be shut down, evicted, and subject to possible financial repercussions. Those found to be involved with “suitcasing” or “outboarding” will no longer be welcome at MarketEd.Live events.
8. Programme Changes
It may be necessary for reasons beyond our control to change the content and timing of the programme, the speakers, the date or the venue at any time prior to the event date. Changes in the programme do not qualify for a ticket refund.
9. Filming and Photography
Filming of the event and the content will be taking place during all parts of the event. Photography will also be taken throughout. You agree to be filmed and photographed as part of the event and agree to allow MarketEd.Live and LikeMind Media Limited to use your image for promotional purposes.
You are permitted to take photographs and share snippets of sessions for your own use and to use via online channels. You are not permitted to take video recordings of full sessions, nor create multiple clips that could be interpreted as the core session content. This also applies to livestreaming session content, which is not permitted.
10. Data Protection
The protection of personal privacy is an important concern to MarketEd.Live. Any personal data collected will be treated in accordance with current data protection legislation.
We will use your personal data to deliver event services (webinars, conferences, training and dinners) incorporating: administration (pre, post and during the event), communications, invoicing & payment, delegate lists (we are unable to remove you from delegate lists once these have gone to print), post-event feedback, quality, research and voting.
In order to meet our event obligations to you we may share relevant personal data with presenters, venues, trainers, organisers, print houses, finance partners, connected communities and external delivery partners.
11. Modifications
MARKETED.LIVE may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
12. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
