We’re always looking at ways to inspire people to be better marketers. Sure, by bringing the best speakers to Nottingham we’re doing that (humble brag), but there’s so much inspiration to be had from looking at our contemporaries. With this in mind, we want to recognise outstanding marketing by introducing the MarketEd.Live Campaign of the Year Award.
Just so you know, we’re not turning MarketEd.Live into an awards event. But we do want to bring more of our community’s efforts to the fore and shine a light on some of the amazing work out there.
Here’s how the award will work
Anyone can enter the award, whether you do your own marketing, get your team to run it or outsource it to someone else.
We’re looking for a campaign that has a clear strategy and executes it well. That inspires an audience to take the desired action and does it in an innovative way.
The campaign needs to have been running between 27th September 2018 and 31st July 2019.
It’s not the biggest budget that will win. Creativity and outcomes will.
We want you to show us what you’re doing and let us celebrate everything that is innovative in marketing.
How to enter
All you need to do is complete the following entry form and show us your best. Closing date for entries: 16th August 2019.
1. Understanding of objectives: How well was any activity tailored to an identified business need, target audience and business environment? Did the agency/marketing team/person demonstrate understanding of specific campaign objectives as well as the brand’s long-term business objectives?
2. Strategic thinking: Did the agency/marketing team/person add value through intelligent, innovative and relevant strategic thinking?
3. Creativity: Did this campaign demonstrate original thinking in creative idea generation and execution?
4. Effectiveness/results: Was success measured? Was ROI evaluated? Did the campaign meet set objectives and add value to the business?
The winner for Campaign of the Year award for 2019 will be presented at MarketEd.Live on Monday 30th September 2019.
You do not have to attend MarketEd.Live to enter but, let’s face it, it’ll be ace if you can pick up the award in person.
